Six disciplines.
One standard of finish.

We're deliberately narrow. Every engagement runs through the same senior team, the same performance budgets and the same design review — whether it's a landing page or a platform.

01 · Premium web

Websites that look like the budget went somewhere

Marketing sites, commerce and editorial platforms with bespoke motion, real typography and a performance budget we actually enforce.

  • Art direction, layout system and a motion language built for your brand — not a theme.
  • Next.js or Astro front end, headless CMS so your team edits without a developer.
  • Scroll choreography, page transitions and micro-interactions tuned frame by frame.
  • Core Web Vitals budget agreed up front and verified on every deploy.
  • Full SEO groundwork: schema, sitemaps, OG cards, semantic markup, AA contrast.

02 · Applied AI

AI that does a job, not a demo

Assistants, retrieval systems and agents wired into your real data and your real tools — with the guard rails and evaluations that make them safe to trust.

  • Retrieval pipelines over your documents, tickets and databases, with citations on every answer.
  • Tool-calling agents that take real actions — bookings, updates, escalations — behind human approval.
  • Workflow automation that removes the copy-paste layer between your systems.
  • Evaluation suites and regression tests, so model changes never silently degrade quality.
  • Cost, latency and usage dashboards from day one. No mystery bills.
Typical engagement4–10 weeks

03 · Product engineering

Platforms built to outlive the first version

Dashboards, portals and SaaS products with an architecture that still makes sense after three rounds of feature requests.

  • End-to-end TypeScript, typed from the database schema to the button label.
  • Auth, roles, billing, audit logs and admin tooling — the unglamorous 40% done properly.
  • Realtime where it earns its complexity; boring and cacheable everywhere else.
  • Test coverage on the paths that lose money if they break.
  • Clean handover: documented decisions, seeded environments, onboarding notes.
Typical engagement8–16 weeks

04 · Mobile

Apps that feel native, not wrapped

iOS and Android from a single codebase, with gesture physics and offline behaviour that respect the platform.

  • React Native and Expo, with native modules where the experience demands it.
  • Spring-based gestures, interruptible transitions and haptics — motion that feels physical.
  • Offline-first data sync, so the app works in a lift and reconciles when it doesn't.
  • Push, deep links, in-app purchases and store submission handled end to end.
  • Over-the-air updates so fixes ship without waiting on review.
Typical engagement8–14 weeks

05 · Cloud & edge

Infrastructure that scales quietly

Deployment, delivery and observability set up so that growth is a graph going up, not an incident channel.

  • Edge-first delivery on Cloudflare or your existing cloud — whichever serves your users faster.
  • Infrastructure as code, so environments are reproducible and reviewable.
  • CI/CD with preview deployments on every pull request.
  • Logging, tracing and alerting that page a human before a customer notices.
  • Cost review: right-sized resources and a bill you can explain to your board.
Typical engagement2–5 weeks

06 · Brand & motion

An identity your team can keep consistent

Logo, type, colour, tone and motion — delivered as a system with rules clear enough that nobody has to guess.

  • Positioning and naming groundwork before a single pixel gets drawn.
  • Logo system, typographic scale and a colour ramp validated for accessibility.
  • Motion direction: easing curves, durations and choreography, documented.
  • Design tokens exported straight into your codebase — one source of truth.
  • Brand guidelines your marketing team will actually open twice.

Questions

The things
everyone asks.

If yours isn't here, ask directly — we answer scoping questions before there's any commitment on either side.

It depends on scope, but we quote fixed-price per phase rather than billing hours, so you always know the number before work starts. A marketing site typically lands well below a platform build. After a 30-minute call we send a written scope with the price and the timeline on it — free, and yours to keep either way.

One decision-maker, roughly two hours a week. You get a Friday demo and a staging link that's always current. We don't need daily standups, and we don't disappear for a month and return with a surprise.

You do, completely, from the first commit. Everything lives in your repository and your cloud accounts. There's no proprietary layer holding your project hostage, and no exit fee if you want to bring it in-house.

Often, yes. We start with a paid audit — a week to read the codebase, map the risks and tell you honestly whether it's worth rescuing or rebuilding. Sometimes the answer is "keep what you have and fix three things", and we'll say that.

Thirty days of bug cover is included in every build. Beyond that, most clients move to a monthly retainer for iteration, monitoring and new features — but it's optional, and you can stop it whenever the project no longer needs us.

Yes — we're remote-first and used to working across time zones, with overlap hours agreed at kickoff. Written updates and recorded demos mean progress doesn't stall waiting for a shared calendar slot.

Not sure which of these you need?

Describe the problem in a couple of sentences. We'll tell you what it actually takes — even if the honest answer is "less than you think".
