got tired of.
On one side: agencies that sell a beautiful mockup and hand the build to whoever is free. On the other: dev shops that ship working software nobody enjoys using. Clients end up paying twice and still not getting the thing they imagined.
We started Samchi in January 2025 with no client list and one rule — design and engineering never get split across two vendors. The first project came quickly, and we've been building ever since, for clients and on our own products.

We started Samchi Technologies with no client list and no investor — just a rule that design and engineering would never be split across two vendors.
OG Hair Studio goes live in three weeks
Our first client project: a premium salon site with appointment booking and Zoom consultations built in, from first call to launch in three weeks. We haven't looked back since.
We start building our own products
BillingX begins — a billing and network operations platform for ISPs and local cable operators, with an AI chatbot for first-line support and a live network map for fault tracing.
Applied AI for clients, at capacity
An AI voice agent engagement lifted a client's qualified leads by 60%. We take a limited number of projects at a time so every one of them keeps founder attention.
